Who Did This Perky Little Kitchen Helper Grow Up To Play On Soaps?

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but we wonder what good is a picture when you can’t recognize the subject? Above is a snapshot of a future star of soaps, but can you guess who this perky little kitchen helper grew up to be?

Star Of The Soaps

Obviously, this young woman (now all grown up) is either currently starring in, or is an alum of, one of the four remaining daytime dramas – The Bold and the Beautiful, Days of our Lives, General Hospital, and The Young and the Restless – but that’s probably not enough of a hint.

So try these on for size. She was a Theatre major in college. She is a soap hopper. She stars in a reality show and participated in a competitive dancing program. And she is a spokesperson for a skincare product.

But just who can be? Is this a photograph of Heather Tom (Katie Logan, BB), Chrishell Stause (ex-Jordan Ridgeway, DAYS), Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall, GH), or Melissa Claire Egan (Chelsea Lawson, YR)?

Heather Tom

Soap operas? Yeah, she’s starred in a few. In addition to her role on BB, Tom’s played main characters on YR, and One Life to Live – and she even guest-starred on All My Children as her OLTL persona. However, even though Tom was the star of her very own HGTV series – Renovation Unscripted – she didn’t cut a rug for a judge’s score, and she hasn’t plugged a skincare product.

Kelly Monaco

Prior to her work on GH, Monaco had two roles on Port Charles: Olivia “Livvie” Locke and Tess Ramsey. And during her tenure with the ABC hospital drama, Monaco competed on and won the inaugural season of Dancing With the Stars. Also for a time, she was one of the stars of the reality TV show Dirty Soap. But like Tom before her, Monaco isn’t today’s featured star.

Melissa Claire Egan

Egan’s appeared on two soaps – All My Children and YR…but she’s not today’s mystery actress. She has, however, hawked the same skincare product as…

Chrishell Stause

Stause moved to Los Angeles right after receiving her B.A. in Theater from Murray State University, and in no time flat, she was cast as All My Children’s Amanda Dillon. Her subsequent acting credits include guest roles on Body of Proof and Mistresses, as well as main roles on DAYS and YR.

Stause has been a cast member of the reality series Selling Sunset since 2019, and she was a contestant on Dancing With the Stars Season 29. She and partner Gleb Savchenko placed eighth.
