Welcome, Vixen: Should Claire Be Days of Our Lives’ New Bad Girl?

Days of Our Lives fans know bad girls need to start young in Salem. Great-grandma Julie (Susan Seaforth-Hayes) was a shoplifting teen before she became a husband-stealing hussy.

Sami (Alison Sweeney) kidnapped her baby sister (Belle, BTW) while she was still in high school, and we all know what she’s been up to since!

And now there’s Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan). Sure, she looks like a strong breeze would blow her away, but that girl has a core of pure steel.

She came between Ciara (Victoria Konefal) and Theo. She blew up Hope’s (Kristian Alfonso) wedding to Rafe (Galen Gering). And, most recently, Claire paid off Wyatt to confess that he set up Ben (Robert Scott Wilson), instead of Tripp (Lucas Adams).

Should Claire follow in Sami’s footsteps and become Salem’s newest full-fledged vixen? Here’s where over 4,000 fans stand on that issue.

Keep It Light
There can only be one Sami, 56% assert, and Claire isn’t even close to picking up that crown. She’s still too much of a lightweight at this point and, quite frankly, there’s still too much good left in her.

Claire is a schemer, but she’s not an unredeemable sinner. She likes to meddle, but not murder. It’s too early for this girl to turn to the dark side. And it’s much more fun to see the shades of grey.

Go For It!
Oh, yeah, 41% cheer. It’s been too long since we’ve had a true bad girl cutting a wide swath through all those hypocrites. Claire tells it like it is, and she sticks up for her friends. Even if those friends have done something wrong. And even if her helping them leads to something right for Claire.

Leftovers
For 3%, though, Claire is already awful enough… which is why the show should get rid of her.
