It’s official. Alison Sweeney will be bringing Sami back to Salem later this year, and her family, friends–and enemies–better watch out. When Hurricane Sami blows into town, it always seems nobody is safe.
The last time we saw Sami, she returned home to mourn the death of her firstborn, Will (whose murder was quite possibly one of DAYS’ biggest mistakes ever).
When she left a few weeks later, she had stolen the DiMera fortune, put it in Belle’s care, and was convinced EJ was alive and that she’d find him.
We didn’t hear much about what happened since then and assume she ended up back in Hollywood with her younger children. However, the consensus is clear. When Sami returns, you don’t ever want her to go away again.
Soap Hub asked what you expect to see from Sami during her extended visit home, and you pretty much see her causing trouble in one way or another–whether she means to or not.
Wonder Twin Powers
Out of a whopping 18,000 votes, 88% of you feel she’ll be there for her twin, Eric (Greg Vaughan), and finally bring him back to life.
He’s been sleepwalking through his days ever since he accidentally killed Daniel in that drunk driving accident, despite the efforts of Marlena and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) to make him happy again.
Maybe he just needs his sister by his side to remind him how flawed people can be, even if they have a good heart. After all, Sami is indeed the expert.
That Mother-Daughter Bond
A much smaller 8% of you think she will help her mother through a hard time and somehow cause Marlena (Deidre Hall) much more stress than it’s worth. After all, Sami is a troublemaker no matter what she tries to do.
EJ, EJ, Always EJ
Of course, 4% of you think she is going to somehow find EJ and bring him back to Salem.
However, most of you know James Scott hasn’t said he’s ready to return, so that might be why only a small number of you think he will. A miracle, perhaps?
