Word on the spoiler street is that Ben Weston is headed back to Salem before the month ends after escaping from a mental institution.
Actor Robert Scott Wilson tweeted the news yesterday that led to Instagram photos of DAYS fans loving his fascinatingly dark and chilling character at the Day of Days event this past November.

The last we saw Ben, he was carted off to jail and presumably the psych ward after JJ (Casey Moss) and Lani (Sal Stowers) nabbed The Necktie Killer in a rather odd “gothca” scene. Ben seemed to then have a psychotic break, but many fans wondered if he was faking it or not.

It looks like we’re about to find out as Chad (Billy Flynn) soon learns of Ben’s escape and worries for Abby (Kate Mansi) and Thomas’ safety.
How long Wilson terrorizes Salem and “Chabby” remains to be seen, but with Batty Ben back in action, it’s sure to shake things up for everyone’s favorite young couple who thought they kicked the Ben habit, only to have him show up once again.
