Watch DAYS Star Deidre Hall on COZI TV in non-Marlena Roles

Deidre Hall is beloved as Days of our Lives‘ Marlena. Viewers feel cozy watching Marlena help her family and friends in Salem. Appropriately, COZI TV is honoring Hall and her non-Marlena roles this weekend in a TV marathon.

COZI TV announced the Hall-centric episodes in an Instagram post. “This Saturday [May 18] starting at 8AM/7C [and 5AM PT] Days of Our Lives Star Deidre Hall guest stars in Emergency! “Show Biz” and “Saddled” followed by Columbo “Columbo Cries Wolf”. This Saturday it’s ‘Day of Our Deidre’ on COZI TV!”

Eagle-eyed soap fans will spot some other daytime favorites in these episodes. In the Emergency episode “Saddled,” Hall appears alongside Jay Hammer, best known to soap fans as Fletcher Reade on Guiding Light. The actress appeared in six Emergency episodes in total as Nurse Sally Lewis.

In “Columbo Cries Wolf,” Hall plays Dian Hunter, publisher of a men’s magazine. Poor Dian goes missing after falling into conflict with her cheating partner, Sean Brantley (played by Ian Buchanan, ex-Ian McAllister; best known as Duke on General Hospital).

“Loved her on Emergency but [Editor’s note: spoiler alert!] never forgiving Columbo for letting them kill her…” posted Cindy Brandon.

Hall’s other non-DAYS credits include her role as Jesse Witherspoon on the family-centric drama Our House as well as her iconic turn as Electra Woman in the Saturday morning TV series Electra Woman and Dyna Girl. Earlier this year, Hall reunited with Judy Strangis, who played her crime-fighting partner at the Hollywood Show in Burbank, Calif.

However, Hall will forever be known for her Daytime Emmy-nominated role as Dr. Marlena Evans on DAYS. She joined the show in 1976. Her on-screen loved interests have included the late Jed Allan (Don), Wayne Northrup (Roman), and, of course, Drake Hogestyn (John). Last year, Hall was honored with a special tribute honoring her 5000th episode anniversary with DAYS.
