Even if Sonny wants to forget it, he and Paul shared an amazing connection on Days of Our Lives (DOOL) — that managed to save them both.

After Will (Chandler Massey) supposedly died, Sonny (Freddie Smith) had a hard time moving on with his life. Enter (or should we say — re-enter) Paul (Christopher Sean), who wanted nothing but to help Sonny after feeling responsible for the breakup of his marriage to Will.

Paul made up for any slight (even though he had no idea Will was with Sonny at the time of their affair) many times over by risking his life to save Sonny and the two formed an incredible bond.
