Few soap mothers are as fierce as Sami Brady on Days of Our Lives (DOOL). She was just a teen when she gave birth to Will and lived her life for him and her later children. As we can see this week, she’ll give anything for them.
Even when she’s at her scheming worst, Sami (Alison Sweeney) is first and foremost a mom, so when her little boy Johnny was diagnosed with eye cancer at just four years old, it was heartbreaking for her, EJ, and little Johnny.
Sami wondered why her child had to go through this and then she and EJ (James Scott) had to tell the little guy that the doctor would have to remove his eye and he’d never get it back.
