Farewell Father
Learning Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) was dead crushed Chad. He had a poignant dream about sitting at his late father’s feet and asking him questions, where Stefano urged him to be his own man.
The Wedding
Amidst family and friends Chad married Abigail at the DiMera mansion. The couple exchanged heartfelt vows with Chad promising to spend his life honoring and loving Abigail with everything he had in him.
Goodbye My Love
Forced to accept the fact that Abigail was “dead,” Chad mourned her loss alone in the DiMera living room. He screamed, he yelled, he threw things, and, in the end, he collapsed to the floor sobbing and clutching her photo.

She’s Alive
After deciding to move on with Gabi, Chad entered Thomas’ nursery to find Abigail (Marci Miller) standing over his crib. He stood staring at her in stunned disbelief, finally reaching out to touch her to convince himself she was really alive.
