On Days Of Our Lives (DOOL), Jennifer and Eric first came together as two broken souls — with some serious addiction issues.
But then Eric (Greg Vaughan) took a detour into Nicole (Arianne Zucker) territory. (Talk about someone who is also broken… but in a completely different way.)
And Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) had her own hands full with JJ (Casey Moss) and other family matters.
But now they’re both in each other’s orbits again at the Horton Center. And feelings are… surfacing. Is there still a chance for a Jennifer and Eric pairing? Almost 10,000 viewers had some very strong opinions.
I Like a Man With a Slow Hand
Eric is just taking his sweet time, insist 59% of you. The Nicole relationship exploded so spectacularly, you can’t expect him to rush into something without thinking it through.
Eric likes to think everything through. And maybe chat with God about it. But there’s no reason to give up hope, yet!

You Gotta Have Friends
Was Eric not clear enough on New Year’s Eve, 25% of the audience reminds? He totally put Jennifer in the Friend Zone. And he expects her to stay there. Maybe he’s gunshy. Maybe the age thing is finally bothering him.
After all, Jennifer was already a teen when Eric and Sami were born. Not that you could tell now. They’ve both led hard lives. They shouldn’t make things worse by trying to combine them.
Keeping Busy
Maybe it will still happen, maybe it won’t, muse an unsure 15%. But the one thing they’re sure of is that Jennifer shouldn’t sit around waiting. She should play the field in the meantime. Show Eric that she’s a hot property.
That doctor guy was kind of cute… in a sleazy sort of way. Get back on the horse, Jennifer! And let Eric chase you. Or lament you as the one who got away.
