There’s a double wedding on the horizon at Days of Our Lives (DOOL), as Chad and Abigail and Sonny and Paul are preparing to exchange “I do’s.”
Word’s out that someone’s going to crash the nuptials and cause major upheaval on the big day. It won’t be the first time a Salem ceremony is interrupted by a wedding crasher. Here’s a look back on some of the most memorable ones from over the years.
Bo Rides to Hope’s Rescue
After Bo (Peter Reckell) broke up with Hope (Kristian Alfonso), she turned to Larry and agreed to marry him.
As she prepared to walk down the aisle, Bo burst into the bride’s room at the church and announced he was there to get the woman he loved. Then, he and Hope sped off on his motorcycle.
Jack “Saves” Jennifer
Although Jack refused to acknowledge his feelings for Jennifer (Melissa Reeves), he couldn’t let her marry Emilio.
On the day of the pair’s nuptials, Jack showed up on a fire truck, disguised as a fireman and swept Jennifer off to safety. By the time Jennifer discovered the ruse, Jack had whisked her off to a remote cabin.
Sami’s Big Bombshell

Austin (Austin Peck) dumped Sami when he found out she drugged him to get him into her bed, and reunited with his true love, Carrie (Christie Clark). On their wedding day, Sami returned to town and made a shocking announcement: she was pregnant with the groom’s baby.
Carrie’s Bigger Bombshell
Sami (Alison Sweeney) manipulated Austin to marry her in a big, fancy church wedding. Karma, however, came back to bite her in a big way when Carrie, Eric, and Mike found out that Sami’s son Will was actually Lucas’s child. When Carrie shared the news with Austin, he dumped Sami and married Carrie on the spot.
Kate’s Revelation
During Sami’s wedding to Lucas, Kate (Lauren Koslow) walked down the aisle disguised as Stan and exposed Sami’s months of treachery. Namely, that Sami had been posing as Stan and working with Tony DiMera to exact revenge against her enemies. A furious Lucas went off on his bride and left her.
Chad Blabs, Will Confesses
Nick’s plan to claim Gabi’s (Camila Banus) unborn child as his own and marry her hit a major snag when Chad stood up and blabbed that Nick wasn’t the baby daddy –moments before the couple were to be pronounced husband and wife.
Best man Will, who had been lying for weeks, finally ‘fessed up to the truth, admitting he was the child’s father.
