That’s A Wrap! Alison Sweeney Finishes Her Latest Stint at DAYS

Thanks to a fan’s tweet, we now know that Alison Sweeney has finished taping her scenes for Sami’s return to Days of Our Lives (DOOL) that will air this fall.

Sweeney responded to a reply to the tweet, which was asking her if this was it, by confirming that she is indeed done because she has to start filming the Christmas movie of her series, Murder She Baked, for Hallmark.

She announced she would be returning to DAYS back on April 17. Since then, the actress has shared plenty of behind-the-scenes photos of her time there to her Instagram account.

The excitement of her return hit a fevered pitch when it was announced that her “dead” TV son, Will, was returning in the form of his most popular (and multi-Emmy winner) portrayer, Chandler Massey. Unfortunately, we have to wait until fall to see them.

Regarding this latest return to the show, Sweeney also made it clear that the visit was a wonderful one. Does that mean she’s open to a return visit to Salem? Guess we’ll just have to stay tuned.
