On Days Of Our Lives (DOOL), Brady and Theresa’s Tater Tot is one hot potato, as both parents fight for sole custody. (And this is after he was stolen as fetus and spent the first few weeks of his life as a DiMera named Christopher!)
Brady (Eric Marstolf) has been raising Tate single-handedly – well, except for the jaunt to Canada with Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) stepping in to play auntie – ever since Theresa (Jen Lilley) took off.
But Theresa only did it to protect Brady, Tate, and all of Salem from Big Bad Mateo the Drug Dealer, and now she wants to make up for lost time with her baby – and her man.
So, to show Brady and Eve that she means business, Theresa is making sure her lawyer rips Brady to shreds on the witness stand.

Brady stepped up and played both father and mother to his son. He’s the only parent the boy knows, and being taken away from Brady would be damaging to the boy, 58% of you decree. If Theresa cares about Tate, she’ll drop and forget about this.

It’s because Theresa cares more about Tate than herself that she deserves custody, 41% counter. Theresa gave up watching Tate grow up so that she could keep him – and Brady – alive.
She deserves to be rewarded for her selflessness. Sure, Tate doesn’t know Theresa well at the moment. That’s why they need one on one time, without Brady or Eve, to poison the boy’s mind against his mother.
