Sybil the Psychic Predicts the Future: Eric’s Errors On Days of Our Lives

First Eric decided not to pursue custody of Holly on Days of Our Lives and then he listened to his doofus younger brother who foolishly wants to pursue Sarah even though she hates him, and helps him anyway… but I – Sybil the Psychic – plan to look into his future to see if he’s destined to remain a doormat.

By examining my crystal ball, laying out the cards, and reading the tea leaves, I plan to predict what’s coming up for poor put-upon Eric (Greg Vaughan). But I make no promises because let’s face it – it’s not an exact science (and I’m not really that…talented). Okay, it’s time to dig in.

Near Future
The crystal ball shows that Eric’s still doomed to be let down. After seeing a sight that he won’t be able to scrub from his eyeballs it will color the way he sees someone who has been very dear to him lately. He may make a move that will end up hurting him more than anyone else. He needs to stop doing that! Oy!

And considering who Eric is and who he’s been all along, chances are he may spin out and make even more dumb moves but there does seem to be hope for him further into the future.

Let’s check that out, because his near future is filled with too much heartache.

A Few Weeks Down The Line
Eric chose the Eight of Pentacles’s Tarot card. Not the most exciting card in the deck, but it’s Eric, so there you go.

It’s about things going well with a hobby and how financial gain is not necessarily indicated, but a spiritual reward is — which is right up his alley and definitely what he needs at this point.

As for the past, it states that the skills he’s developing will be helpful down the road. For the present, he should invest in himself and it will lead to greater rewards down the line.

Perhaps that means if he stays single, the real woman of his dreams will show up later. Lucky him — his future looks successful! Finally!

Further Into the Future
In reading his tea leaves, I, Sybil the Psychic, spy a moon — a heavenly body — which implies good luck with great happiness coming his way down the line. Perhaps all of these travails will finally be worth it for him!
