When Sweetness and Patch Marry (Again) on Days of Our Lives

Get ready for a very special Valentine’s Day on Days of Our Lives next week when forever-supercouple Steve and Kayla tie the knot once again.

OK, it might not be ON Valentine’s Day, but it’s as close to it as you can get when the wedding DAYS fans have been waiting for finally happens on February 15 and 16.

Since Stephen Nichols returned to the soap in September of 2015, the pair have had an on-again and off-again romance, which was nearly ruined for good by the return of Ava Vitale. Steve has spent nearly a year trying to win Kayla back and finally succeeded. The two make it official in a very special wedding next week.

Actress Mary Beth Evans has been using her Instagram account to show her excitement and promote the onscreen event, which will be attended by Shelly Hennig as the couple’s daughter, Stephanie.

She’s even brought back some memories from Steve and Kayla’s first 1980s wedding on a yacht, in which Kayla got her voice back just in time to speak her vows rather than sign them.
