On Sunday, Days of our Lives alum Victor Webster joins another DAYS alum, Alison Sweeney, for their fourth Hannah Swensen movie together, Pie to Die for: A Hannah Swensen Mystery.

Hannah and Chad Investigate and Flirt

The mystery at the heart of this latest Hannah Swensen flick involves one of her bakery’s customers, who is also a theater rival of Hannah’s mom, Delores (Barbara Niven).

When the woman is murdered, Hannah (Alison Sweeney), once again, gets caught up in catching her killer. What’s at stake with this investigation, however, is her mother’s reputation.

But a fun part of the movie is getting to watch Hannah and Chad’s relationship blossom. Chad (Victor Webster), a prosecuting attorney, is super involved in the case as well. Look for the two to be determined to solve the whodunnit. But also look for the two to exhibit some mad chemistry while they’re on the hunt for the killer.

It might be fair to say they’ve reached the adorable phase of this budding relationship.

The investigation throws the couple into a fun scenario where they’re required to take a dance class and learn to tango. And according to Webster, he was ready for all of that and more thanks to Sweeney’s expert producing skills. As one of the executive producers of the Hannah Swensen franchise, she’s every bit the driving force behind the scenes as she is in front of the camera.

“She knows that I come from a martial arts background from when I was a kid. I’ve done a lot of action movies and TV shows,” Webster said in a TV Goodness interview. “She knows that I take salsa and bachata classes. And I think she just also really wanted to do something fun in the dancing world as well. And she’s a natural, she picked it up so quickly.”
