It’s a week of reunions; one happy, one awkward, and one downright shocking, according to Days of our Lives spoilers. Plus, a secret crush might be exposed, and Kristen orders Sophia to take action, like it or not. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of April 20-24, 2026.
Welcome Home
Chanel (Raven Bowens) gets a very happy surprise while she’s out taking Trey for a walk in his stroller. Suddenly, her sister, Lani (Sal Stowers), appears out of nowhere. “Lani,” squeals Chanel, flashing a big smile.
Meanwhile, Chad (Conner Floyd) is back in Salem and walking through Horton Square with his kids, Thomas (Alexander Elijah Bond) and Charlotte (Autumn Gendron). Charlotte sees someone they know in the distance and points toward her. “Look,” she tells her dad.
Chad glances over and sees Cat (AnnaLynne McCord). The two former lovers lock eyes and share an uncomfortable moment.
True Feelings
At Brady Pub, Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews) gets up from the table and says goodbye to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez). “See you later,” he says. However, he’s left something behind. His journal, which contains his true feelings for her.
Gabi picks up a menu and notices the journal beneath it. “Oh no,” she exclaims. Then she turns it around and starts to read it. Will she discover that Theo’s been pining for her?
Questioning Things
Besties Gwen (Emily O’Brien) and Leo (Greg Rikaart) are sipping wine and sharing thoughts. Ever the curious reporter, Leo brings up something that’s been on his mind. “You lived under the same roof as EJ for months and certainly spent time in that dungeon of dubious science,” he points out. “What do you know?”
Powerful Phone Calls
At the hospital, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) makes an important phone call. “I need to get a mammogram scheduled as soon as possible,” she tells someone. Is this a follow-up call after Johnny (Carson Boatman) discovered a lump in Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) breast?
Meanwhile, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) urges Sophia (Rachel Boyd) to proceed to the next step in their devious plan. “This gets done tomorrow,” Kristen informs Sophia over the phone. “No emotion. No mess.”
Surprise Visitor
Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is sitting alone in his apartment, apparently waiting for Stephanie (Abigail Klein) to return. There’s a knock at the door, so he jumps up to answer it.
“That was fast, baby. What? Did you forget your keys?” he says as he opens the door. However, Stephanie isn’t on the other side of it. Another woman is. That woman appears to be his ex, Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins).
