It’s finally Rachel’s (Lorelei Olivia Mote) day in court, and Belle (Martha Madison) is there to make sure she isn’t punished for shooting EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). EJ and Marlena (Deidre Hall) are in agreement that everything must be done to protect Rachel, if only from herself.
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), on the other hand, doesn’t think Rachel did anything wrong. And she just might tell the judge that. There goes all of Belle’s hard work.
Jada has Room For One More
Jada (Elia Cantu) came to take an injured Shawn’s (Brandon Beemer) statement about the shooting that put him in the hospital. Once that was done, she told him how happy she was that he was OK. And then she asked Shawn to move in, so she could help him recover.
We wonder how Belle is going to feel about that. She and Shawn are totally divorced, and he is totally free to do whatever he wants with whomever he wants. But, hey, wasn’t Jada dating Theo (Tyler Joseph Andrews)?
Lessons for Living
Theo has been ragging JJ (Casey Moss) so much about the shooting that happened years ago that, when it came time to protect himself and Shawn, JJ froze up and nearly got his friend, partner, and cousin killed.
Theo, of course, takes no responsibility for that. And yet he has an opinion, nonetheless. And woe be to JJ if he doesn’t agree with it.
