Will Chad help Xander?
Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, April 12 see Xander deciding to take matters into his own hands. By which we mean he dumps it in someone else’s hands, when Xander asks Chad to investigate who framed him for Harris’ shooting.
Chad (Billy Flynn) bought his in-law’s newspaper because he didn’t want Stephanie (Abigail Klein) to spend so much time with her ex, Everett (Blake Berris). Sure, he said he was saving Thomas and Charlotte’s birthright. But we were there, and we know what’s what.
The point is, Chad’s not a journalist. He’s an owner. Yes, he gets to call all the editorial shots. But that’s because he has more money, not more experience. Nonetheless, when Xander (Paul Telfer) needs help figuring out who set him to potentially go to jail for murder, he turns to Chad’s investigative skills. We really hope Chad dumps this little errand in Everett’s lap. Or else Xander will never get the answers he needs.
Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) are enjoying their second honeymoon after their second wedding. All is wonderful until suddenly, Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) shows up. See, a snowstorm is coming. And Julie needs a place to seek shelter. And it is the Horton family cabin, after all. And Julie is a Horton. Johnny and Chanel are not. So move over, newlyweds.
Paulina (Jackée Harry) already received a miracle cure for her heart failure. But that’s not enough for her. She’s also recovered from cancer. No, still not enough. Paulina has to go into isolation to receive radiation treatments. And she is pissed off about it.
When Abe (James Reynolds) tries to offer support, she bites his head off. Which is the way Paulina talks to most people. So how will Abe know if anything is wrong?
