A husband walks in on his wife’s tryst, a clueless boyfriend exposes a devastating, long-kept secret, and the pieces of a hit-and-run accident slowly begin coming together, according to the Days of our Lives spoilers preview. Will Sarah’s memories of her accident forever change the course of her family’s life? Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of September 2 – 6, 2024.
Gabi’s (Cherie Jimenez) revenge plot – bedding EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) to get even with Stefan (Brandon Barash), who slept with Ava (Tamara Braun) – takes an explosive turn, when Stefan walks in on her and EJ after they’ve done the deed. Gabi’s wearing a robe. EJ is shirtless. So Stefan suspects the worst.
“Did you or did you not sleep with my brother?” Stefan asks Gabi, who looks like she immediately regrets her actions. Apparently, Stefan finds out the twosome did have sex because moments later, he slugs EJ and knocks him to the floor.
Eric (Greg Vaughan) arrives back in Salem to support Brady (Eric Martsolf) in his hour of need. Brady, of course, turned himself in for running down Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) while he was drunk, even though he doesn’t remember doing it.
“If anyone understands, it’s me,” Eric tells Brady, remembering that horrible night long ago when Eric was driving drunk and caused the car accident that claimed Daniel’s life. “I was the one who caused her father’s death,” adds Eric, referring to his former stepdaughter, Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Then, the two brothers share an embrace.
Across town, Tate (Leo Howard) makes a comment that reveals a huge secret that’s been kept from Holly (Ashley Puzemis) her entire life. “What does Eric have to do with my dad being killed by a drunk driver?” Ashley asks Tate.
Once Holly learns the truth – that Eric was responsible for killing Daniel – she’s completely shattered. She heads to the park alone to try to accept the horrible truth. As fate would have it, Eric ends up walking through the park and finding her. Holly looks up at him with incredible pain in her eyes.

At the police, John (Drake Hogestyn) tries to talk some sense into Brady, who’s determined to plead guilty to hitting Sarah. “You don’t know for sure what happened that night,” John tells his son, as a flashback shows Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) was the person driving Brady’s car and striking Sarah.
Meanwhile, Sarah has a memory of that awful night. “I remember,” she gasps while sitting between Xander (Paul Telfer) and Serena on the couch in the Kiriakias living room. Xander’s eager to hear what Sarah recalls, but Serena is in a state of pure panic. Is Xander’s mother about to be exposed as the real hit-and-run culprit?
