Days of our Lives Spoilers Weekly Video Preview December 9-13: Nailing a Thief, Objecting to a New Couple, and a Shootout with Clyde

It’s a week of drama that packs a wallop and some gunfire, according to the Days of our Lives spoilers preview. Hope’s suspicions could lead to nailing a thief, while a new couple meets big-time resistance, and the plot to take down Clyde ends with gunfire. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of December 9-13, 2024.

Suspicious Minds

Hope (Kristian Alfonso) can’t shake the feeling that something is amiss with her new family member, Doug Williams. So she broaches the subject with Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla (Mary Beth Evans). “Have you met my father’s long-lost grandson,” Hope asks them.

And her suspicions are definitely justified. Back at the Horton house, Julie realizes something precious is missing from the time capsule Ciara (Victoria Konefal) opened. “What happened to our grandmother’s necklace? It’s gone,” Julie tells Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) as Doug (Peyton Meyer) looks on. As viewers know, Doug stole the pricey diamond heirloom, but he’s keeping mum. “We think it was stolen,” responds Jennifer.

Later, Julie, who seems quite taken with the young man, shares a warm embrace with him just as Hope walks in. “I don’t trust this so-called Doug Williams,” Hope cautions in a voiceover.

The Dating Game

It looks like Brady (Eric Martsolf) is venturing back into the dating pool with someone he’s gotten to know much better over the past few months. “Who is this person you’re going on a date with?” his sister Belle (Martha Madison) asks him. “Ava Vitali,” reveals Brady. Belle’s face drops.

It looks like Belle’s not the only one who disapproves of the potential new couple. In the square, Brady’s ex, Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), runs into Ava and greets her with a sharp slap across the face.

Deals and Drama

In the Kiriakis living room, Xander (Paul Telfer) does shirtless push-ups with Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) sitting on his back. At the same time, at the Brady Pub, Shawn (Brandon Beemer) meets with Salem police commissioner Jada (Elia Cantu). It looks like the pair strike a deal about something because their conversation ends with a handshake. And Marlena (Deidre Hall) seems shocked by something Leo (Greg Rikaart) tells her.

Ready, Aim, Fire

The plot to take down Clyde Weston (James Read) turns dangerous for Chad (Billy Flynn) and company. Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) and JJ (Casey Moss) both point guns at someone, but it looks like Clyde quickly gains control of the situation. He grabs Gabi and points a pistol at her.

Suddenly, Chad arrives on the scene, training a gun on Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) as chaos ensues. Finally, a gunshot rings out as Cat, now free, screams, “Noooo!”
