Weekly Days of Our Lives Spoilers September 23-27: Brady Bewildered, Chanel and Eric Bothered

For the week of September 23-27, Days of Our Lives spoilers focus on confrontation, criminal acts, and awkward situations. Plus, Sarah has something to say about the night of the accident.

Trouble Magnet

One thing Brady (Eric Martsolf — who talks about the stunt featuring Paul Telfer and a bat) can look forward to this week is spending quality time with his brother Eric (Greg Vaughan). On the flip side, there’s something he’d most like to avoid, and that’s trouble. Unfortunately, he won’t be able to get out of its way. Trouble is coming for him towards the end of the week.

Even though Brady is completely innocent of hitting and paralyzing Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), he doesn’t know that. Not many do, including Xander (Paul Telfer). Things go from bad to worse when he’s drugged. Did Xander trade in his bat in favor of another method of punishment? Later, Brady tells Eric about an odd encounter. Will the brothers come up with an explanation for what happened?

Jealous, Much?

Brady’s life is a hot mess that could improve if Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) just told the whole truth and nothing but the truth. While he didn’t drive the car that almost killed Sarah. Eric can’t say the same thing. He actually drove the car that killed Daniel (Shawn Christian). And now Holly (Ashley Puzemis) knows it. Her response: she basically disowned Eric and bonded with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). (This was one of last week’s Hits and Misses for DAYS)

When EJ and Eric have words about Holly, EJ has the opportunity to emphasize how good his relationship with her is and how much Holly wants nothing to do with Eric. The photographer’s heart will continue to break. But, he’ll also hope and pray that the ice will thaw someday. After all, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) eventually forgave him. It was an epic moment that will hopefully be repeated when Holly ultimately forgives him down the road (not too far down the road, hopefully).

Odds and Ends

The Body & Soul reboot drama continues with Chanel (Raven Bowens) learning she has to be intimate with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson). She’s watched soaps before, right? She remembers the audition scene performed with Alex, right? Then why is she so surprised by this development? Yes, she and Alex have been intimate before. This is, fortunately, different. No feelings at stake here. This shouldn’t be anything but good soap, right? RIGHT? (Catch up on the latest DAYS Comings & Goings)

Another one of Holly’s relationships has taken a hit. Ever since Sarah’s accident, she and Tate (Leo Howard) have been distant. Distant enough for Sophie (Madelyn Kientz) to exploit the vulnerability and grow closer to Tate. In fact, look for Holly to interrupt Sophie and Tate as they are in the midst of bonding.

Finally, we’ve long suspected Sarah remembered more from her hypnosis session with Marlena (Deidre Hall). But she didn’t fess up to anything afterward. Then why is there a teaser that states, “Sarah reveals to Fiona what she remembered the night of the accident?” Has she kept the truth under wraps the entire time? If this is true, Sarah’s good—real good.
