For the week of June 17 – June 21 on Days of Our Lives, spoilers focus on prom night, some big returns, and maybe a caper or two.
Prom Night
It’s been a minute since we’ve seen Tate (Leo Howard) and Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Thankfully, they’re back, and even though it’s the middle of June, it’s suddenly prom night in Salem!
And how will these two forbidden love birds spend the biggest night of high school? Well, they’re going to scheme to be together, that’s how. Long live Salem’s answer to Romeo and Juliet (without the dying for each other part, of course). (Find out what else happens on DAYS next week)
Resurrection Boulevard
Chad (Billy Flynn) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) have grown into one of the best friendships on DAYS. Most recently, we’ve seen them face adversity as they dealt with the Horton house burning down. And then there was their cute celebration when they learned they could return to the iconic abode. These two have developed a bond that comes with confiding in each other, relying on each other, and now tackling a caper together.
The adorable twosome plan to head to Chicago to find that safe deposit box. They hope to find crucial evidence to explain why Clyde (James Read) says Abigail is alive. Suddenly, their plans are thwarted by Jack’s arrival. Is Matthew Ashford’s Jack Deveraux actually back? Does he know anything about what Chad and Julie are up to? If not, what will they tell him?
Odds and Ends
Konstantin (John Kapelos) may be gone, but his deviousness proves to have legs. What happens when Maggie (Suzanne Rogers — who talks about the Konstantin story arc here) receives shocking news about the man she almost married (in name only)?
Jack isn’t the only one about to visit Salem. It’s Juneteenth, which means it’s Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina’s (Jackée Harry) wedding anniversary. Guess who returns to help them celebrate? Eli (Lamon Archey) and Lani (Sal Stowers)!!! What’s going on with them and the twins? (Find out other DAYS Comings & Goings here)
Finally, be prepared for some much-needed quality time with Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Eric. Although Marlena’s son grieves losing his son, she finds a moment to question Eric about his feelings for Nicole. He might not admit it, but we all know how he feels — he loves Nicole, Marlena. He always has, and he always will.
