Weekly DAYS Teasers: Horror, Blame, and Suspicion

Days of our Lives Spoilers Highlights

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate’s (Jamie Martin Mann) rocking New Year’s Eve ends with the young woman in a heap on the floor and the latter in jail on suspicion of supplying her with the drugs that she overdosed on (a definite escalation from just getting drunk here). And, while Holly fights for her life at University Hospital, Tate will be fighting for his freedom when EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) orders his arrest and refuses bail.

Between A Rock And A Psychotic Place

In the immediate aftermath of Holly’s collapse, Ava (Tamara Braun) and Stefan (Brandon Barash) find themselves in the hot seat. Harris (Steve Burton) has questions, and he’s pretty sure the two have answers. Surely he recalls the time he found them on the docks looking suspicious.

As expected, the two are able to talk themselves out of their predicament, but further trouble awaits them. Clyde (James Read) issues an order that neither wants to follow. But saying no might mean the end of them. Or somebody whom they hold dear.

Odds And Ends

In other DAYS news, Xander (Paul Telfer) invites Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to share his pad, Johnny (Carson Boatman) and Chanel (Raven Bowens) awaken from a New Year’s night of lovemaking, and Tripp (Lucas Adams) lets Wendy (Victoria Grace) down on the eve of their prearranged departure to China. Is Mama’s boy sticking around town to keep an eye on Ava?

Meanwhile, despite spending a most agreeable New Year’s Eve together, Abe (James Reynolds) and Paulina (Jackée Harry) face yet another impediment to a full-blown reunion: Abe’s inability to make love to her.

Finally, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) come together to reminisce on life, love, and loss, and contemplate the future.
