Spoilers for the two weeks of August 12 – August 23, 2024, on Days of Our Lives tease an unexpected crime altering several lives in Salem.

The secret of Stefan (Brandon Barash) and Ava’s (Tamara Braun) affair is out, and in the worst way possible. After a riveting conversation with Li’s (Remington Hoffman) ghost, Connie (Julie Dove) finally broke the news to Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) about her cheating husband as part of her revenge plot.
Meanwhile, Chad (Billy Flynn) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) found the mystery woman (AnnaLynne McCord) from the video footage, who revealed she had amnesia and received reconstructive surgery. It all began to add up for Chad, to convinced her to get a DNA test to see if she’s actually Abigail.
On the soap within a soap front, Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Abe (James Reynolds) have been putting together their dream team for Body & Soul, which includes Johnny (Carson Boatman) as director, Leo (Greg Rikaart) as a potential writer, and Hattie (Deidre Hall) as the star.
Soon, in Salem, there will be more shenanigans between Leo and Hattie, while Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas) wind up in the middle of a crime scene and Jennifer (Cady McClain, who returns to DAYS this week) returns home to see if the mystery woman is actually her daughter.
