Tom (Macdonald Carey) and Alice (Frances Reid) may be gone from Salem, but their spirits live on. Travel back in time to watch the young lovers celebrate a meaningful occasion (Young Alice [Sydney Kathrann Smith] and Young Tom [Zach Chyz]), then skip back to the future, where Leo (Greg Rikaart) pumps Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) for details about the Horton’s storied past. And what does a mystery box have to do with it?
Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy (Victoria Grace) have been kidnapped, and Ava (Tamara Braun) is at the end of her rope. But it’s Stefan (Brandon Barash) who is more proactive in fixing their problem, even if it costs Ava, Harris (Steve Burton).
Theresa (Emily O’Brien) and Brady (Eric Martsolf) visit their son, while Nicole (Arianne Zucker) gets good news about Holly (Ashley Buzemis). Will this be enough to get Tate out of legal trouble? And will EJ go along?
Salem’s District Attorney has a filled schedule. It’s not just Tate he needs to worry about, but there’s Xander (Paul Telfer), too. Wouldn’t it be nice if EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) could just toss all his unsolved crimes onto Xander’s hunky shoulders and called it a day? But he might need a bit of what they call more evidence for that. And for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to stop insisting he’s got the wrong man.
Jada (Elia Cantu) confronts Everett (Blake Berris) about being her ex, Bobby.
After declining to propose, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) finds Theresa furiously packing.
Doug (Bill Hayes), Julie, and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) spend time at the burned Horton house. Roman (Josh Taylor), Kate (Lauren Koslow), John (Drake Hogestyn), and Marlena (Deidre Hall) lend support as friends and family reminisce.
A vintage box is accidentally discovered.
