Days of our Lives Spoilers January 1: Chanel and Johnny Throw a Party

Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, January 1, are set at the New Year’s Eve party thrown by Chanel and Johnny. Where many fireworks are set to go off – both before and after midnight.

Third Wheel

To start with, Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) isn’t sure if she wants to go. Will JJ (Casey Moss) be there? Does Gabi want JJ to be there? Meanwhile, Stephanie (Abigail Klein) and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) want to go. But they’ll need dates. They don’t want to show up like single losers. We suppose Stephanie can always invite Philip (Jean-Paul Lavoisier). That’s only a little risky. It’s not as risky as if Alex asks Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins). Because then Joy will be in Chanel’s (Raven Bowens) and Johnny’s (Carson Boatman) house. And that’s bound to go badly.

The Man I Used To Be

Jada (Elia Cantu) is happy to ring in the new year with her new fiance, Rafe (Galen Gering). She thought he would be, too. But there is something off about Rafe tonight. It’s like he’s a totally different person…. Ah, well, if Sami (Allison Sweeney) couldn’t tell the difference between her ex and his lookalike, Arnold (Galen Gering), Jada probably wouldn’t be able to either. Yeah, yeah, yeah, Jada is a cop. But Sami is… Sami. She’s committed more crimes than Jada has ever solved!

Surprise Party

EJ is in for a bumpy night! And all of it is set to come from Belle (Martha Madison). No, Belle isn’t reconsidering their ill-advised fling from a while back. She’s not dumb. (Though EJ is still hot.) But she has committed to taking over EJ’s job as District Attorney. It was Jada’s idea, and Paulina (Jackee Harry) signed off on it. But are they going to leave it to Belle to break the news to EJ? That seems very, very unprofessional. Oh, wait, we just remembered who we’re dealing with here. Never mind.
