Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, September 5, return Eric to Salem. He visits Marlena, but does this mean the honeymoon is already over for him and Nicole?
Last we saw Eric (Greg Vaughan), he was off to Paris with his once again son, Jude, and the love of his life, Nicole (Arianne Zucker), the woman with whom he’s already broken up more times than we can count. But this time — this time is the charm. They just know it!
So why the return trip to Salem? Eric tells Marlena (Deidre Hall) that he’s here to support Brady (Eric Martsolf). After all, Eric knows better than most what it’s like to get plastered and hit another person with your car. Considering the part Brady played in Eric’s tragedy, you’d think he’d know better. He didn’t.

While Marlena greets her son, John (Drake Hogysten) is deep in conferring with his. Brady is ready to give up and face his punishment. John thinks Brady is being rash.
He doesn’t remember hitting Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), does he? So maybe things aren’t exactly what they seem? Let Justin (Wally Kurth) do his lawyering, and let’s buy some time to get to the bottom of things first.
Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) knows what it’s like to be paralyzed. Sarah doesn’t care. She is sure she can deal with her possibly permanent paralysis all by herself. She doesn’t need anybody’s advice. So what if Maggie might have tips to make things easier? It seems Sarah doesn’t want to make things easier.
