EJ questions Sloan's financial situation while Kristen plots against EJ.

While spoilers for the week tease another moment between Tate (Leo Howard) and Holly (Ashley Puzemis), it’s their parents, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Brady (Eric Martsolf, who was just nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award), who need to reevaluate their friendship since their kids have been in crisis.
Brady will also have a conversation with Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) before she talks with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), presumably about running DiMera. Now that Stefan (Brandon Barash) is a free man, the two are teaming up to oust EJ.
On the other side of Salem, Eric (Greg Vaughan) and Sloan (Jessica Serfaty) will share a tender moment, but that won’t stop Eric from wondering about their financial situation, which has caused him to snag a photography job at The Spectator.
