Days of our Lives spoilers photos for the April 23, 2025 episode tease the start of the carnival-themed hospital fundraiser!
Scenes From Salem
It’s the day of the fundraiser to save Salem University Hospital, and things will start with JJ. (Casey Moss) visiting Chad (Billy Flynn). Thomas (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte (Autumn Gendron) are even making an appearance for the big day!
Meanwhile, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein) are still coming down from the big Xander blowout, but they may have other things on their mind once the fundraiser begins… like a Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) eyeing Alex as her bid for a bachelor. JJ certainly doesn’t look too pleased in the background.

Leo (Greg Rikaart) and Javi (Al Calderon) are also there to lend their support before the carnival begins in the square! When Xander runs into Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier), it looks like Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) needs to reel him in. She’ll also do what looks like some apologizing to Philip, while Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) talks with Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) about her passion project coming to fruition.
