Salem will take a break from the sadness and madness surrounding the Horton House right now and instead focus on another major family: The DiMeras. While spoilers for the week tease Chad (Billy Flynn) and Cat’s (AnnaLynne McCord) adventure, these photos preview another DiMera in a dire situation.

After Johnny (Carson Boatman) does some more confiding in EJ (Dan Feuerriegel), it looks like Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) will show up at the mansion. It appears things will escalate quickly between the two, presumably about Johnny and Joy’s (Alex Ann Hopkins) affair. Only Chanel (Raven Bowens) will be able to break up the fight, but will she learn her husband’s secret in the process?

Meanwhile, Rafe (Galen Gering) and Jada (Elia Cantu) will shake hands over something. Could it be related to Rafe’s new job working for Black Patch? He’ll be helping to find the new Lady Whistleblower for Leo (Greg Rikaart), who will probably be all Javi (Al Calderon) talks about while having a beer with Jada, but will it be who he texts?
