Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, October 7, demonstrate how Leo’s big mouth isn’t just annoying viewers; now, he’s making life harder for Chad and Fauxbigail.
Speeding Up the Timeline
Clyde (James Read) has made it clear to Mark (Jonah Robinson) and Fauxbigail (AnnaLynne McCord) that if they ever want to see their mother again, Fauxbigail had better marry Chad (Billy Flynn) — and pronto so that Clyde can steal the DiMera fortune.

Presumably, EJ (Daniel Feuerriegel), Kristen (Stacy Haiduk), Stefan (Brandon Barash), and the missing Megan (Miranda Wilson) won’t put up a fight. Clyde is getting antsy, so Mark is putting pressure on Fauxbigail (we will stop calling her that as soon as the show tells us what her real name is). Fauxbigail, in turn, suggests that she and Chad take a trip, just the two of them, so they can reconnect and fall in love again — not that they ever fell out, right?
Meanwhile, Leo (Greg Rikaart), who believes he is smarter, more charming, and smoother than, well, anyone who has ever met him knows he is, blabs about who Chad’s new mystery friend is, not only in front of Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) but in front of Thomas (Christopher Cary) and Charlotte, too.

Legally Blind
Paulina (Jackée Harry) really, really wants to replace EJ as District Attorney. What a shame that no one, not even Melinda (Tina Huang), wants to work for her. Could it be because Stephanie (Abigail Klein) told them about how, when Paulina hired her to do Public Relations, she was furious when Stephanie failed to pay off Paulina’s blackmailer to Paulina’s satisfaction?
Yeah, talk about not in your job description. This is why EJ thinks he has a good chance of remaining Salem’s DA as soon as he does just one little thing. This is tough, as Stefan and Gabi (Cherie Jimenez) insist on pulling EJ into the middle of their marriage woes. And their marriage whines.
