Days of our Lives Spoilers October 16: Chanel Has Questions For Johnny

Days of our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, October 16, have Chanel wondering what is up with her husband, as Johnny keeps acting strangely.

Wrong Girl, Wrong Conclusion

Johnny (Carson Boatman) saw Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) having sex with a woman and instantly assumed it was his wife. After all, don’t all men envy Johnny and want to have sex with Chanel (Raven Bowens).

Now, Chanel isn’t completely innocent here, either. What kind of wife doesn’t mention to her husband that she had such bad back spasms the other day that Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) took her to the hospital? If Johnny and Chanel communicated like a well-functioning couple, they wouldn’t be having problems now, with Johnny stomping around and scowling and Chanel wondering what his damage is. Will either one of them finally just say something and end this?

The Real Deal

Meanwhile, Stephanie (Abigail Klein), the woman Alex actually was having sex with when Johnny walked in on them — in Johnny’s defense, they were at work, where you should keep your clothes on, as a rule — is having second thoughts about the wisdom of pretending that their encounter meant nothing. Or maybe about the wisdom of resuming her and Alex’s romantic relationship.

Stephanie has no idea what she wants, what was the right thing to do, and what was a mistake. And if she doesn’t know, it’s really hard for viewers to know which option they should be rooting for.

Love Me Not

Fauxbigail (AnnaLynne McCord) was only pretending to be in love with her “husband,” Chad (Billy Flynn) so that she could get him to marry her and thus acquire the DiMera money. That last part would require Chad dying. And now that Fauxbigail has spent some time with him, not to mention met Abigail and Chad’s kids, she’s having second thoughts about the con – and the homicide.
