Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, October 14, bring two mysteries to a head at once, as Sarah remembers the night of her accident, and Steve is convinced his niece isn’t back from the dead.
Boom, Crash, the Lightening Flashed
The night Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) was hit and paralyzed, she stood in the road, staring at the car barreling down on top of her for many, many long moments. She should have seen who was driving.
We realize it was a traumatic moment, but EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) wasn’t wrong when he accused her of either lying about seeing Brady (Eric Martsolf) behind the wheel or lying about not seeing Brady after all. Both things can’t be true. But now, Sarah actually does remember: It was her mother-in-law, Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas). Is Fiona about to let her get away with that?

Digging Around
Will Brady and Eric (Greg Vaughan) figure out the truth, too? They’ve been playing Hardy Boys, snooping for clues. And if they do, will they be able to back up Sarah’s memories — or will Fiona get to her beforehand?
After all, in Xander’s (Paul Telfer) world, if he can get Sarah cured by springing Brady from prison, then why replace him in prison with her mother? They’re finally hitting it off! Remember how eager he was to bash Brady’s brains in with a baseball bat? Well, Brady isn’t his mommy, is he? As he tells Maggie (Suzanne Rogers), Sarah will be walking again shortly.

The Other Woman
Steve (Stephen Nichols) hasn’t trusted Fauxbigail (AnnaLynne McCord) from the first. He’s a private detective. He loves digging up dirt on bad people. He thinks she’s a bad person. Time to start digging! And Steve may not even need to dig too deeply if Fauxbigail fails at convincing Holly (Ashley Puzemis) that she didn’t overhear what Holly thinks she did.
