Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, October 11, lead Xander to believe he can outsmart Kristen. The man couldn’t even outsmart his wife, mother, and mother-in-law. And he thinks he can go after Salem’s best liar?
As soon as Dr. Rolf told Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) he had the cure for any plot convenience she could think of, Kristen knew exactly what she should do with it. Heal orphans and lepers like Jesus? Nah. Maybe later.
For now, Kristen wants to use the promise of a treatment for Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) to convince her husband to convince Sarah to recant her testimony against Brady (Eric Martsolf) — which is a lie, anyway. Xander (Paul Telfer) agrees…in theory. But, in practice, he thinks he can outsmart Kristen, get Sarah cured, and send Brady to prison for a decade. Good luck with that, dude.

And while Xander is feeling clever, Sarah and Eric (Greg Vaughan) are actually being clever, by comparing notes on Brady and Fiona (Serena Scott Thomas). Their stories seem to match up, but Brady doesn’t remember anything, and Fiona has a bit of a history of lying — Xander’s paternity, anyone? Could there be more to this story?
Clyde (James Read) needs Fauxbigail (AnnaLynne McCord) to get a move on with the whole marrying Chad (Billy Flynn) and stealing his money for Clyde deal-io. Or else her precious brother and other family members will pay.
So Fauxbigail bites the bullet and asks Chad to marry her. It shouldn’t be a big deal, right? They’ve done it before. More than once. So what’s the hold-up?

Holly (Ashley Puzemis) can’t decide if she’s mad at Nicole (Arianne Zucker) for not telling Holly that Eric was the drunken driver who killed her father years ago (valid) or because Nicole abandoned her and moved to Paris with Eric and their son (not valid; Nicole begged Holly to come along, Holly was the one who insisted on staying in Salem). Either way, Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) needs the bratty teen to chill.
