Days of our Lives Spoilers October 1: It’s Body & Soul…Day One

Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, October 1, welcome viewers to the first day of shooting Body & Soul. Abe, Kate, and Leo have a steep learning curve ahead of them.

Rowing the Boat

If Kate (Lauren Koslow), Abe (James Reynolds), and Leo (Greg Rikaart) thought the pre-production phase of getting Body & Soul up on its feet was hard, they ain’t seen nothing yet! It’s not just the actors making them tear their hair out.

Now there’s Johnny (Carson Boatman), the director, who first didn’t want his wife to have a sex scene with her ex-lover. But now that Chanel (Raven Bowens) has given him a talking-to, Johnny has changed his mind — again. And he needs Kate, Abe, and Leo to give him what he wants — again. Yeah, Kate isn’t feeling it.

Off Screen

And while Johnny deals with his see-saw feelings, Chanel and Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) try to figure out their own. Yeah, there was that threesome years back, but it wasn’t anything serious. They had sex, but they weren’t really friends. Now, they’re open to the idea — for the good of the show, of course. It couldn’t possibly be anything more than that.

Open Options

Of course, Alex doesn’t have any romantic feelings for Chanel. Just like he doesn’t for Stephanie (Abigail Klein). And Stephanie doesn’t have any romantic feelings for Alex. Just weird dreams. About bears. And peacocks. And showers. She definitely has a lot to tell Jada (Elia Cantu) about.

Cat Fight

Bonnie (Judi Evans) wants to be the queen of Body & Soul. Hattie (Diedre Hall) wants to be the queen of Body & Soul. They can’t both be queens. On this round, Hattie thinks she’s won. And she wastes no time rubbing it in Bonnie’s face. Which we’re sure Bonnie will just lie down and accept without a fight.
