Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, November 19, make it clear that bad luck will follow the cast and crew of Body & Soul, whether or not the show is on the air.
Sick in the Head
No sooner have Kate (Lauren Koslow) and Abe (James Reynolds) premiered the first episode of their new series, then the cast of Body & Soul is felled by a mysterious illness. (We’re not surprised. With all the scenery they’ve been chewing, is is any wonder they’re feeling sick?)
At least this isn’t like the movie Airplane, where food poisoning means the flight attendant needs to land the plane. This is just a TV show. No one’s life is on the line. Or is it…. Lady Whistleblower is on the case! Is there any reason why Leo (Greg Rikaart) can’t both write the show and write about its behind-the-scenes shenanigans? Since Leo thinks he can do anything he wants, we presume the answer to that is: Nope.

I Can Fix Him
Gabi (Cherie Jimenez — who teased something new for Gabi) warned Javi (Al Calderon) that Leo was a user, a criminal, and a horrible person. But Javi thinks Leo is cute. So, who cares what his cousin thinks? Or knows? Or has experience with? Javi thinks writers are sexy. Leo is a writer. Javi wants to be with him. Stop talking, Gabi. I’m a big boy who can make his own decisions!
Switch Partners and Dance
Now that Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) and Stephanie (Abigail Klein) have decided to keep their distance from each other, he is footloose and fancy-free. This means if he wants to run lines with Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins)…and see if reel life can turn into real life, then Alex is within his rights to do so.
And Joy is totally single. She can do whatever she likes, too. After all, her hook-up with Johnny (Carson Boatman) was a one-time thing. He’s back with his wife. Even if Johnny is spending most of his time feeling guilty and undeserving of Chanel (Raven Bowens). Johnny was never good enough for Chanel. What else is new?
