While Bo’s (Peter Reckell) life hangs in the balance, all of Salem is trying to figure out where the medication that might save him went — and who took it. Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) convinced Jeffrey (Michael Dietz) that they can help him get to the bottom of the crime — without mentioning that, had they been a little better organized, they would have been the criminals he was searching for.
Gotcha
Xander (Paul Telfer) figured out that Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) was to blame, and Philip — surprisingly — admitted it. So Xander punched him. It wasn’t a sucker punch. Xander explained exactly what he was going to do. And then he did it. Did that get the anger out of his system?
We’ll see when Kate (Lauren Koslow) finds Philip. And he doesn’t look great. Kate will definitely have questions. As does Maggie (Suzanne Rogers)… for Xander. Do they need to separate these boys?

Publish or Perish
While his cousins are squabbling over who will be top dog at Titan, Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) is looking to establish his own kingdom. And he’s decided to do it through book publishing! Because that is definitely a growing industry that isn’t losing market share and billions of dollars annually.
On top of which, Alex has decided to expand Titan’s literature division not by stealing a best-selling author from another house — is Bay City’s Felicia Gallant available? How about Katie Perretti or Henry Coleman from Oakdale? Kendall Hart from Pine Valley? Nope! Alex is going to spend his family company’s resources on — his girlfriend! Stephanie (Abigail Klein) has written a book, and Alex is going to publish it, and it’s going to be successful, and she’ll be so grateful to him that she’ll continue playing out sexy scenarios from her sexy story. Great plan, right? Stephanie has a few notes.
