Will John figure out what Marlena is doing?
Days of our Lives spoilers for Thursday, May 2 may be rekindling a long-buried triangle, as Marlena betrays John’s trust by discussing his troubles… with Roman.
Marlena (Deidre Hall) was married to Roman (Josh Taylor). Then, she was married to John (Drake Hogysten). (In between, Belle’s [Martha Madison] paternity was in question.) Eventually, Marlena decided that John was the love of her life, and Roman finally found happiness with Kate (Lauren Koslow).
But now John is acting strangely. We know it’s because Konstantin (John Kapelos) is brainwashing him. But super-shrink Marlena is confused. (Maybe Everett [Blake Berris’ was right when he called her a quack?) So she confides in Roman. Considering how angry John was when Steve (Stephan Nichols) blabbed his business to Marlena, we can’t imagine he’ll be any happier here. And Kate won’t exactly be thrilled, either.
While Sloan (Jessica Sefraty) is telling Leo (Greg Rikaart) that’s it, he’s cut off, no more blackmail money from her, Eric (Greg Vaughan) is having a harder time establishing distance from Nicole (Arianne Zucker, who revealed her last airdate). Now that they’re both working at The Spectator, well, they just have to spend all their time together. It’s not inappropriate. It’s professional!
Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) and Stefan (Brandon Barash) are mad at EJ. So Kristen and Stefan have decided they are going to oust him as head of DiMera Enterprises. How? Uhm, well, let’s figure out who killed Li (Remington Hoffman). Yeah. That’ll stick it to EJ. Somehow. It’s not like either of them has anything better to do. However, now that Kristen has slept with Alex (Robert Scott Wilson), who knows how focused she’ll remain?
Ava (Tamara Braun) and Harris (Steve Burton) still haven’t found the address book Clyde (James Read) is looking for. So they go searching for it again. Yeah. That’s all we’ve got.
