Next on DAYS
Xander (Paul Telfer) has decided that, if he can’t have Sarah (Linsay Godfrey), he might as well go back to Gwen (Emily O’Brien). They’ve had a few laughs together. In between the crimes. Marlena (Deidre Hall) isn’t sure if Xander’s rebound is the right move for him.
Gwen vents to Cat (AnnaLynne McCord, who has a new parenting chat) about the latest disaster her life has become. Cat nods sympathetically. While wondering if this is information she can bring back to Rafe (Galen Gering).
Girl Trouble
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) doesn’t know that Sophia (Rachel Boyd) swapped out her vitamins for identical-looking and tasting anti-psychotics. She’s been feeling out of control and losing her cool with family and friends.
Sarah and Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) gently question her, both having a little trouble believing Holly’s claims that she isn’t using drugs again. Tate (Leo Howard) is also confused. He asks Ari (Marissa Reyes) if she knows what’s going on. Ari is equally confused.
The Bad Man
Holly’s family has no idea that Sophia is behind her out-of-nowhere breakdown, and Gwen doesn’t know that her new BFF is actually investigating the DiMeras (hey, at least Cat isn’t sleeping with Gwen’s husband, like the last holder of that position).
But Paulina (Jackee Harry) knows who is responsible for anything she doesn’t like in Salem. It’s not her governance, oh, no! It’s EJ (Dan Feuerriegel)! He is also a bad father in law to Chanel (Raven Bowens), and a terrible grandfather to Trey. There, that should be everything. And she tells EJ exactly how she feels.
