Days of our Lives Spoilers: Kayla Isn’t Thrilled With Steve

Steve has some explaining to do to Kayla.

Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, June 4, are a master class in Kayla explaining why Steve isn’t taking the correct path.

Here We Go Again

Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) wasn’t thrilled when she found out that Steve (Stephan Nichols) had joined forces with Ava (Tamara Braun) to break Clyde (James Read) out of prison. Even though she understood that Tripp (Lucas Adams) and Wendy’s (Victoria Grace) lives were on the line.

Now, with her stepson and his girlfriend on the other side of the globe, Kayla really doesn’t appreciate Steve heading out of town to, more or less, do it again.

Three Times Three

But before Steve even departs Salem, the intrepid trio in Montana is on Clyde’s trail. While Harris (Steve Burton) tracks down various thugs and tries to get them to give up their boss — you know, the guy who pays them — to a total tatted stranger, Ava and Lucas (Bryan Dattillo) interrogate Goldman (Christy St. John), hoping to persuade her to turn on her boss — you know, the guy who pays for her artisanal, gluten-free bread.

We’re not sure how either of them plans to do that. Yelling? Begging? Pleading? Off-screen macho posturing? Maybe they really do need Steve to get there. As soon as possible. Sorry, Kayla!

Surprise Party

Meanwhile, back in Salem, Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) plans a super-special, pe-wedding surprise for Xander (Paul Telfer). So why isn’t he jumping up and down with joy? Previously, Xander has been the one keeping secrets prior to his wedding to Sarah. (Like, remember that time he knew that little Mickey wasn’t actually her child, but Kristen [Stacy Haiduk] and Brady’s [Eric Martsolf]?) Maybe, with a track record like that, Xander is quite wary of anything Sarah might spring on him.
