Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, July 8, promise the mother of all reveals as Nicole finally learns something about Jude that could change not just his, not just hers, but also Eric’s future.

Sonny Days Ahead

Nicole (Arianne Zucker — here’s what she’s doing now) thought her life was finally on an even keel. Holly (Ashley Puzemis) is out of her coma and finished her Junior year of high school without failing. She has a job as a reporter despite really having no skills or experience. She got her son back, and her marriage with EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is chugging along.

Sure, it’s a bummer that Eric (Greg Vaughan) is leaving town, but hey, it’s not like Nicole has any feelings for her ex-husband, right? But then, a little birdie lets Nicole know that she just might be reveling in the wrong happy family. (Check out why Eric never gets a fair shake.)

Let No Man Put A-Son-Der

And if that little birdie turns out to be Gabi (Cherie Jimenez), well, EJ will never forgive her. And as long as he’s never forgiving Gabi, he is definitely never forgiving Stefan (Brandon Barash).

After all, Stefan keeping Jude’s paternity secret is what prompted EJ to go groveling at Paulina (Jackée Harry). She made him DA, and he dropped the charges against Gabi. It was supposed to buy their gratitude — and their silence. But if they’re not going to be silent, well, then EJ doesn’t have to be Mr. Nice Guy anymore.

Guilty Party

If Gabi didn’t kill Li (Remington Hoffman), then who did? His family isn’t in Salem anymore, so they don’t care. And, without them, does anyone? Melinda (Tina Huang), maybe?

Or, just maybe, the evidence will be so obvious that even the clueless Salem Police Department and District Attorney’s office can put the pieces together and arrest the right person. Hey, why not blame it on Clyde (James Read), too? That’ll close the book once and for all, right?
