Sarah and Xander Process Their Feelings
While Brady (Eric Martsolf) was taking care of a hospitalized Rachel (Lorelei Olivia Mote), Xander (Paul Telfer) joined Sarah (Linsey Godfrey) in trying to prove her innocence in Destiny’s death. Xander got shot for his trouble, sending Sarah into hysterics.
Sure, they share a child. But her grief seemed to be a bit more than just that. Brady noticed. And he’s not one to turn a blind eye. They need to talk about Sarah’s feelings for her ex-husband.
In the meantime, Jada (Elia Cantu) wants to prove EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) is guilty of… something. Anything. So she really hopes Xander can place the literal smoking gun in his hands. Even if he wasn’t there.
Could a frustrated Jada decide to arrest Xander for shooting George, instead? Just as long as she can say she put somebody away?
Two Cheers for Paulina’s Girls: Lani and Chanel Have Something to Celebrate
Paulina (Jackée Harry) made sure that her daughter number one got a Governor’s pardon and a chance to return to the police force. (Good thing Kristen [Stacy Haiduk] spilled all her crimes before Lani [Sal Stowers] got her badge back.)
There was less Paulina could do for daughter number two when she was going through cancer treatment (she did try to get her the baby she suddenly decided she wanted), but now Chanel (Raven Bowens) has gotten a clean bill of health, and Mama couldn’t be happier! What will she fixate on getting her daughters next? The sky is the limit!
