The Salem Police Department is very bad at its job, and the ISA isn’t much better. So while big things are happening that he can’t do anything about, Rafe (Galen Gering) focuses on smaller issues, like the bones dug up at the DiMera crypt, and the stalker fixating on Stephanie (Abigail Klein).
