Days of our Lives Spoilers: Jack Is Back…To Upset Julie and Chad

Days of our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, June 18, celebrate Jack’s return to Salem just as Chad and Julie are trying to figure out if Abigail is still alive… without raising her parents’ hopes.

I’ve Got a Secret

Clyde (James Read) played with Chad’s (Billy Flynn) head by telling him his beloved Abigail (Marci Miller) was still alive and well (though, presumably, not stashed away in a safety deposit box). Chad told Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) since she has nothing better to do these days than stare at a locked puzzle box.

This puzzle seems more doable. (Welcome to Salem, where finding a back from the dead person is easier than opening a lock.) But Chad and Julie agreed they wouldn’t tell Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) so as not to devastate them if it turns out to be untrue. So how are they going to explain their sleuthing when Jack unexpectedly drops by?

Which Way Did She Go?

Xander (Paul Telfer) expressed little enthusiasm for having his mother at Xander and Sarah’s (Linsey Godfrey) upcoming wedding. Sarah took this as permission to track down his dear old mum and invite her to the nuptials.

She got a phone number for her and called, only to leave a message. Mummy refused to call back, so Sarah took this as permission to keep looking for her. What a shame she has no detective skills or common sense, either.

Oh, What Now?

Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) thought she already knew every horrible thing about the man who almost tricked her into marriage — so that he could kill her. Now that he was dead, what more could he do to her? Surely, Maggie should know better than to ask such questions by now because Maggie is about to get another shocker.
