Days of our Lives spoilers for Monday, June 23, continue with EJ’s determination to protect Johnny from any and all consequences of his actions. Even when those actions include shooting his father.
Next on Days of our Lives
We’ve known for weeks that Johnny (Carson Boatman) pointed a gun at EJ (Dan Feuerriegel). And we’ve known that EJ has known it, too. (Note, we’re not saying that Johnny shot EJ, because this is a soap, and that part could still change.)
But now EJ and Johnny have discussed it. And EJ has promised Johnny that he won’t tell a soul. Except Johnny and EJ aren’t the only ones in the know. Rachel (Alice Halsey) saw the gun pointing too. And she told Kristen (Stacy Haiduk). Who told Brady (Eric Martsolf)? Who told EJ?
Now, EJ has to worry that Brady or Kristen will spill the beans. And think of a way to make sure they don’t do that. Ever.

Family Business
But while all that drama is going on, Tony (Thao Penghlis) is wondering who is minding the family business. EJ claims to be doing it, and Kristen wants to do it. But maybe it’s time for Tony to step in and show his younger siblings how it’s done.

Another Family
While they’re back in Salem, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Jack (Matthew Ashford) are spending quality time with their grandchildren, Thomas (Cary Christopher) and Charlotte. They pass an evening playing board games and remembering Abigail (Marci Miller), while pretending that they never met Cat (AnnaLynne McCord), and she never tried to trick them into thinking she was their late daughter.
But it turns out that Cat has even more secrets than that. She and Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) exchanged a cryptic look at John’s (Drake Hogysten) memorial service. Now it’s time for that to pay off. Shane has some orders for her.
