Alex (Robert Scott Wilson) has been making big, loud promises about saving Stephanie (Abigail Klein, who teases Stephanie’s endgame with her stalker). Unfortunately, he has no useful hero skills. Good thing cousin Brady (Eric Martsolf) is there to do the heavy lifting, with Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Jada (Elia Cantu) in the background to provide backup. But Stephanie doesn’t know any of this is going on. For all she knows, she’s going to stay tied up forever. And Stephanie has no interest in staying tied up forever. Or in getting killed.
A Mother’s Love
And while the men do manly things, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) worries. She thought she had done everything to protect her daughter, but all her efforts still failed. Kayla can’t help but blame herself. Good thing Marlena (Deidre Hall) is there to remind Kayla that these kinds of things happen in Salem. Like, all the time. Kayla is only to blame for choosing to live here. Everything else is beyond her control.
Scaredy Cats
Leo (Greg Rikaart) wants to play Secret Agent Man with Dimitri (Peter Porte). Dimitri is pretty sure Leo will get himself or both of them killed. But Leo keeps talking, and Dimitri wants him to stop. So he agrees. But now the partners in crime are having second thoughts. They both admit they’re scared of what will happen. Vivian (Louise Sorel) has done an excellent job framing the DiMera heir, and she and Ivan (Ivan G’Vera) are much smarter than these two bumblers.
