Days of our Lives spoilers for Friday, February 14 celebrate a day designated for romance with talk about love’s consequences… babies.
Next on Days of our Lives
Only a few weeks ago, Johnny (Carson Boatman) was publicly calling Chanel (Raven Bowens) a slut, and then she was calling him out for cheating on her with Joy (AlexAnn Hopkins). But then he got sick, and Chanel was all, “Bygones!”
Now that they’ve decided to stay in Salem despite Body & Soul moving to Los Angeles (isn’t it neat to come from family money so you can turn down work just because you don’t feel like packing a suitcase?), Chanel and Johnny need something else to do. Hey, how about having a baby? Sure! As long as her mom doesn’t get all radioactive again… But, maybe, just to be safe, they should get one who’s already been deemed healthy.

Sharing the Love
Tate (Leo Howard) and Sophia (Rachel Boyd) think they’ve found a solution to their “problem.” Sophia’s old Sunday School teacher and her husband are looking to adopt. And they’d love to take on Sophia and Tate’s baby.
Sophia thinks they’d make great parents, and since they go to the same church as her family, her mom has got to agree that they’d be the perfect family to raise her grandchild. Amy (Shi Ne Nielson) does not agree, so the perfect couple backs out. Maybe the kids whining at Amy would help? Or maybe another couple…
Girl Talk
Holly (Ashley Puzemis) has decided she is ready to have sex with Tate. (Because Tate and Sophia are SO happy with their decisions right about now.) Maggie (Suzanne Rogers) is clearly on board since she gave Tate the key to the Horton cabin so he can whisk her granddaughter away for a romantic weekend. But, first, they need to have a little chat. Possibly about how Tate and Sophia are so happy right about now….
Surprise
Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) is sad that the hospital might close down. She is so angry that not having enough money to pay people’s salaries is considered a good enough reason to close a hospital!
We bet Kayla would work for free! (Isn’t it neat to come from family money so you can turn down work just because you are taking a principled stance? Everyone else in Salem should do the same thing! Whether they have the money or not!) Stephanie (Abigail Klein) helps Steve (Stephen Nichols) plan a special holiday to cheer her up.
