It’s Halloween in Salem, but the real scares and horror have nothing to do with costumes, according to Days of our Lives spoilers. Sophia places a call to the help hotline, and Holly’s listening. Steve warns Cat about the dangers of crossing a DiMera, and EJ ends up with blood on his hands. Plus, Sarah is overwhelmed with emotion when Xander collapses, after being shot by George O’Halloran. Here’s your DAYS video preview for the week of October 26-30, 2026.
Key Takeaways
- EJ’s filled with rage.
- Halloween takes over Salem.
- Steve issues a serious warning.
Trick or Treat
The Big Bad Wolf approaches Julie (Susan Seaforth Hayes) at the book shop, but she’s not the least bit frightened. “Happy Halloween, Foster,” says Julie with a smile.
A mysterious blonde is donned in all black and donning red gloves. She’s wearing a mask and pulls a cloak over her head. It looks like Kristen (Stacy Haiduk) is up to something as usual.
Call for Help
At the help hotline, Mason (Brandon Butler) answers a call, while Holly (Ashley Puzemis) looks on and listens. “Tell me why you called today,” declares Mason.
The person on the other end of the line is Sophia (Rachel Boyd). “I needed somebody to talk to,” confides Sophia. Will Holly recognize the voice of her believed-dead former friend?
A Serious Warning
Steve (Stephen Nichols) cautions Cat (AnnaLynne McCord) about the crafty man she’s been spying on, working for, and falling for. “Don’t ever give EJ DiMera the benefit of the doubt,” he warns as Cat listens intently. “You might not live to regret it.”
Blood, Tears, and Furor
Later, EJ (Dan Feuerriegel) returns to the DiMera mansion and pushes up his suit sleeve. It reveals blood stains on the cuff of his shirt.
Meanwhile, at DiMera Enterprises, Xander (Paul Telfer), who’s been shot by George O’Halloran (Michael Rose), collapses over a desk. “Xander!” cries out Sarah (Linsey Godfrey), her eyes glistening with tears. Will this be the moment that finally makes her realize she’s still deeply in love with her ex-husband?
Back at the DiMera mansion, EJ fumes. He picks up a book, tosses it at the portrait of his late father, Stefano (Joseph Mascolo), and lets out a guttural scream.
