It’s been a rough end to the year for Sarah (Linsay Godfrey) and Brady (Eric Marstolf). What with his daughter trying to kill her — then admitting that Sarah is the second person she’s gone after recently. (We love how everyone is ignoring that Rachel [Alice Halsey] tried to kill Ava [Tamara Braun], too. She sure has a lot of “accidents,” doesn’t she?)

Sophia Uses Rachel As Means To an End
We are also loving how wee Rachel seems to have met her match. Sure, she’s smarter than all the other adults in her life. But we’re starting to suspect Sophia (Rachel Boyd) can run rings around the brat — and we are here for it! It’s about time Rachel got played, for a change.
And if Sophia thinks she can use Rachel to wreak havoc on Chanel (Raven Bowens) and Johnny (Carson Boatman), then this will be the one time we actually believe Rachel when she pleads innocence.
Chanel Asks Paulina to Pull Strings
With DiMeras disappearing right and left, Chanel is freaked out about Johnny. He wouldn’t dare disappear and leave Chanel to take care of a crying baby on her own, would he? She goes running to the woman who always fixes her problems, and Paulina (Jackée Harry) is absolutely there to tell her she’s on the case.
Paulina is the mayor! She can call in the FBI! Round up the usual suspects — Paulina’s precious baby may be in danger!
Tait’s Failure to Plan
Tate (Leo Howard) is about to flunk out of college. (How, when his family is loaded, we’re not sure.) He was terrified of telling Holly (Ashley Puzemis). Why? Does he think she loves him for his mind? Luckily, she doesn’t. So when he finally comes clean, they’re cool.
