The question of who killed Abigail Deveraux DiMera is on the forefront of everyone’s minds, and DAYS spoilers tease there is more drama on the way. The recent stabbing of Sonny Kiriakis has all eyes on Leo Stark, but he is an innocent man. So, who really did it? And why are they trying to set him up? We think we know the answer!
DAYS Spoilers Wild Speculation
We’re almost certain (almost!) Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien) took out her sister. We know she broke out of prison, we know she had the Sarah Horton mask, and the rest of her story does not make sense. There is no way Abigail would let her slink back to prison without saying a word. No way. No ma’am.
Now that Gwen’s on the hook, we think she’s getting desperate. We predict she’s called a friend to help out. The only way to clear her name is to throw someone else under the bus. Someone like her backstabbing lying liar bestie, Leo (Greg Rikaart).
DAYS Spoilers: A Friendship Forged In Hell
Could it be that Gwen got close to Orpheus (George DelHoyo) while they are locked away? The legendary baddie did seem to have quite a bit of freedom to roam in the infamously insecure prison. It would come as no surprise Orpheus and Gwen became buddy-buddy while behind bars.
What if she’s called Orpheus to do the unthinkable — finish Leo’s “hit list” and set him up for murder? If Leo goes down for one killing, he’ll go down for them all. It’s Gwen’s get-out-of-jail-free card, and no one would suspect Orpheus either. It’s a win-win! Well, for everyone except Leo.

Just look how well this is playing out already. Leo went to visit Sonny (Zach Tinker) and was in the right place at the right time for his enemy to strike. He was the last known person in the room when a knife was found in Sonny’s back. Heck, to an outsider, he was IN the room when others come running. This is bad news. Very bad news, indeed.
Days of our Lives: A Debt Is A Debt
The big question is, what will Gwen owe Orpheus for this favor? He’s not known for doing things out of the goodness of his heart and will expect some sort of payment.
